What this does​

Explains where to find information about a student's college list today — there is not yet a dedicated page showing a student's live shortlist to counselors.

Before you begin​

  • Open the student's profile.

Check the activity feed​

Recent student activity — including updates to a student's college shortlist — surfaces in your dashboard's activity feed.

Check the student's notes​

Counselors reviewing a student's college list today typically do so by writing and reading notes on the student's profile — for example, logging that a list has too many schools, or is missing safety options, after a conversation with the student.

Talk to the student directly​

Since there's no live synced view yet, the most reliable source of truth is asking the student to walk you through their shortlist, or reviewing what they've told Addie in a conversation.

What happens next​

  • This is a starting point until a dedicated counselor-facing view of a student's college list ships.
  • Continue logging what you learn in the student's notes so the context isn't lost between meetings.

If something looks wrong​

I can't find any college list information for a student​

  • Check the activity feed for a recent update.
  • Check the student's notes for a prior review.
  • If neither has anything, ask the student directly — they may not have started a shortlist yet.
