Create a conversation

What this does​

Create a new conversation from scratch, ready to build out and publish for students.

Before you begin​

  • Sign in as a counselor.
  • Decide on a format: Open Ended, Structured, or Questionnaire.

Open Conversations​

Select Conversations from the left-hand navigation.

Select Create Conversation​

Select Create Conversation.

Choose a format and school​

Choose the Conversation Format — Open Ended, Structured, or Questionnaire — and the School it belongs to.

Name the conversation and create it​

Enter a name, then select Create.

What happens next​

  • The conversation is saved as a draft.
  • You can continue building it out, then publish it when it's ready.

If something looks wrong​

Create is disabled​

  • Enter a conversation name — Create stays disabled until the name field has content.
  • Publish a conversation
  • Create a journey
