Review lifecycle analytics

What this does​

Shows a funnel of outreach email performance — from sent, to opened, clicked, logged in, and completed — so you can see where students drop off.

Open Lifecycle Analytics​

Select Lifecycle Analytics in the left-hand navigation.

Filter the results (optional)​

Use the From/To date pickers and the Counsellor dropdown to narrow the funnel to a specific date range or counselor.

Read the funnel​

The funnel shows five stages in order: Email Sent, Opened, Clicked, Logged In, Completed. Each stage shows the count of students who reached it.

What happens next​

  • Use drop-off between stages to decide where follow-up outreach might help most.
