Review journey stats

What this does​

Use the journey view to review overall progress across a journey and see how assigned students are moving through each step.

Before you begin​

  • Sign in as a counselor.
  • Make sure the journey has already been published and assigned to students.

Open Conversations​

In the left-hand navigation, open Conversations.

Select Journeys​

At the top of the page, select Journeys to open the journey list.

Open the journey you want to review​

Select the journey from the list on the left.

The main panel opens the journey overview.

Review the journey overview on the Workflow tab​

On the Workflow tab, review the journey-level progress summary.

Look for:

  • the total number of conversations in the journey
  • the Journey Progress summary
  • counts such as In Progress and Completed
  • per-conversation progress badges on each step

This view helps you quickly see where students are still active and which steps are already complete.

Select the Students button​

In the top-right corner, select the Students button.

The button also shows how many students are currently assigned to that journey.

Review student progress in the student panel​

The Manage Assigned Students panel shows assigned students first and pre-selects them.

Use this panel to review:

  • student name and email
  • grade
  • progress status for each student

Common progress states include:

  • Completed
  • a step count such as 1/7
  • Not Assigned
  • In Other Journey

You can also use search and grade filtering to narrow the list.

What happens next​

  • You can close the panel after reviewing progress.
  • If needed, you can adjust assignments from the same panel.
  • The journey overview remains the best place to monitor step-by-step progress across the full journey.

If something looks wrong​

The journey shows no progress​

  • Confirm students have been assigned to the journey.
  • Confirm students have started at least one conversation in the journey.

A student says In Other Journey​

  • That student is already active in another journey.
  • Review their current journey before changing assignments.

I do not see the Students button​

  • The button appears on published journeys in view mode.
  • Open the published journey you want to review, not a draft journey.
