What this does
Talk through a college experience with Addie right after it happens, so Addie can write it up for you.
Before you begin
- Sign in to Addie.
- Open Experiences from the sidebar.
- Allow microphone access when your browser asks.
Start a new log
If this is your first one, select Log your first experience.
Choose what kind of experience it was
Pick one:
- Campus visit
- College fair
- Recruiter visit
- Info session
- Other
Addie asks different follow-up questions depending on what you pick, so choose the closest match.
Start logging
Select Start talking. Addie opens a call — talk about your experience out loud, and Addie asks follow-up questions as you go. If you'd rather not speak, use Other ways to log this to type instead.
End the call when you're done
Hang up once you've said what you wanted to. Addie writes up a note from the conversation, which usually takes just a few seconds.
What happens next
- Your recording shows up in Experiences as "Write-up pending" while Addie writes it up.
- Once it's ready, you'll see a generated title and a full note.
- You can navigate elsewhere in Addie while a call is still going — it stays connected.
If something looks wrong
Start talking is greyed out
Select a type first — it's required before you can start.
The write-up is taking a while
Give it a few seconds. If it ends up saying "Write-up didn't finish," open the recording and select Refresh.
