Open an experience link

What this does​

Opens a link your counsellor sent you, signs you in automatically, and takes you straight to the right step of an experience recording.

Open the link from your counsellor's message. You'll see "Opening your experience..." while it loads.

Addie signs you in automatically​

No password needed — the link signs you in and takes you to the right place:

  • A new experience starts from the beginning.
  • An experience you already started resumes where you left off.
  • An experience being recorded in another window tells you to go back to that window to finish it.
  • A finished recording still being processed tells you it'll appear in Experiences shortly.
  • An already-completed recording takes you to see what you recorded.

What happens next​

  • Once the recording is processed, you'll find it under Experiences.

If something looks wrong​

  • Links stay open for seven days. Ask your counsellor for a new one.
  • The link may be altered or incomplete. Ask your counsellor to resend it.

"We couldn't sign you in"​

  • The link is valid, but your account may not be active yet. Let your counsellor know.

"Someone else is signed in on this device"​

  • Select Try again. If it keeps happening, sign out from the menu first, then open your link again.
