Sign in for the first time

What this does​

Use your school email to get a sign-in link and open Addie for the first time.

Before you begin​

  • You need access to your school email inbox.
  • You must use the same email your school or counselor used to set up your Addie account.

Open the Addie sign-in page​

Go to your Addie student sign-in page.

Enter your school email​

Type your school email address, then select Sign In.

Check your email​

Addie sends you an email from support@getaddie.com with a sign-in link.

Open the sign-in email​

Open the email and select the sign-in link.

Finish signing in​

The link signs you in and takes you into Addie.

If this is your first time, Addie may ask you to complete your profile before you continue.

What happens next​

  • You will land in Addie after selecting the email link.
  • If your profile is incomplete, Addie will guide you through setup first.
  • After setup, you can open your home page and start your next activity.

If something looks wrong​

I did not get the sign-in email​

  • Check your spam or junk folder.
  • Make sure you entered the correct school email address.
  • Wait a minute and try again.

I see "No account found with this email"​

  • You may be using the wrong email address.
  • Try the school email your counselor or school used for Addie.
  • If it still does not work, contact your counselor.

I see "This email is not registered as a student"​

  • You may be on the wrong Addie sign-in page.
  • If you are a student, contact your counselor for help.

My account is disabled​

  • Contact support or your counselor for help getting access restored.
  • Complete your profile
  • I can't sign in
