New for counselors​

  • Assigning a journey now shows a clear confirmation that notification reminders are enabled — assigned students automatically receive reminders via SMS, email, or WhatsApp until they engage, with no manual follow-up needed.
  • Creating a conversation is more structured: choose a format (Open Ended, Structured, or Questionnaire) and a school up front, so it's set up correctly from the start.
  • Creating a journey now auto-generates an internal identifier from the title, which you can still edit yourself.

New for students​

  • Voice input is now available anywhere you can message Addie — General Chat and any assigned conversation — using the same microphone icon next to the message box.
  • Colleges has a new Explore tab with a starter college list based on your program interests, academic profile, and preferences, with likelihood labels, location filtering, and search.
  • The My Shortlist tab keeps the colleges you're actually considering in one place, whether you added them from Explore or entered a school yourself.
  • A new Experiences page lets you log a campus visit, college fair, recruiter visit, or info session by voice or by text, right after it happens.

New for counselors​

  • Counselors can now work from better student lists on the dashboard, making it easier to organize and manage groups of students.
  • Conversations can now be unassigned directly from the student profile, which makes it easier to correct assignments and clean up student workflows.
  • Teacher comments now give counselors a richer view of student context, including stronger access to comments and grades across school years.

New for students​

  • Students now have a broader UI refresh across the student experience. The update makes Addie feel cleaner, easier to navigate, and more modern across core student workflows, including chat and mobile use.
